Government has now confirmed the new map for LGR for the three two-tier areas in the DPP – Hampshire & Solent, Greater Essex, and Norfolk and Suffolk. This briefing sets out what happens in the immediate aftermath of a decision, drawing on the Surrey experience and the implementation letters now issued to Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Hampshire.
