Reforming private renting in England

Section 21 or no-fault evictions are to be abolished as part of widespread proposals for reforming the private rented sector. Other proposals, set out in a new white paper, include a legally-binding decent homes standard for private rented homes, limiting rent increases and stronger enforcement powers for councils.
