Two workshops that will help you develop inclusive leadership practices on equalities, and help you re-examine equality and diversity policies within and outside your Council.

Understand financial planning processes and formulate questions on key local issues through your review of key council documents.

Examine the immediate and potentially ongoing financial effects of the COVID-19 cost of living crisis on your council’s finances. Evaluate how councillors can most effectively influence budget and spending decisions.
Improving your memory skills and ability to read at speed

Understand different types of reading styles and how to learn new, positive reading habits. Plus, master specific techniques to improve your ability to process and absorb written information.
