CPSP Director John Tizard has posted on Public Finance on Suffolk’s radical proposal to outsource all its services. He’s asked ten questions that a councillor, employee or local resident would want an answer to. He’s also commented in the FT on the government’s plans for central government to take over procurement of outsourced services as part of its drive for savings.
