Neighbourhood health: NHS reinvention or a partnership rebranding

The 10 Year Health Plan‘s three shifts included a shift from hospital to neighbourhood. However, it offered little detail on what this would entail, especially for local government partners. This briefing considers, based on published examples and successful neighbourhood health pilots, what councils might expect from neighbourhood health.
