Homelessness prevention in Ireland and England

Ireland and England have both committed to national plans to end homelessness. With comparable aims, this briefing explores how the two jurisdictions understand the challenges of ending homelessness and highlights the differences and similarities in their approaches. It provides an opportunity to examine how homeless prevention is seen in Ireland in light of the recently published National Plan in England, and vice versa.
