What matters to you in the EU – UK Brexit negotiations?

North Ayrshire Council and Scottish Rural Action are hosting a Brexit discussion with Michael Russell MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitutional Relations.

The Cabinet Secretary is keen to hear views on what matters to you in the EU – UK negotiations.

This will be a participatory event, giving people the opportunity to speak directly to the Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitutional Relations.

You will also have the opportunity to hear more about the work of Scottish Rural Action’s engagement with rural communities on the implications of Brexit for them and the activities they are involved in.

You will hear more about the work that Scottish Rural Action will be taking in engaging with rural communities and businesses over the coming months on the implications of Brexit. From 11am you will have the opportunity, to take part in a participatory workshop organised by Scottish Rural Action to explore these issues in greater detail. If you are unable to attend the event but would like to submit a question please send your enquiry to europeanengagement@gov.scot and someone in the team will be able to pick it up. We would be keen to hear any feedback or follow up thoughts from participants too at this address.

Do I need to register?
Yes, please book your place via Eventbrite by 23rd August as places are limited.

Will refreshments be provided?
Tea and coffee will be available from 9:30am

Will I need my ticket?
Please bring your printed ticket to speed up entry. However, we will also have a list of people who have booked a ticket so don’t worry if you forget it.
