Bookmark

Scotland’s premier Environmental Impact Assessment conference returns for its third year, providing an opportunity for the EIA community of planners, consultants, developers and others to freely assemble and learn from each other experience.

Once again the conference is delivered as partnership between Fothergill Training & Consulting Ltd, the Scottish Government and the EIA consultation bodies – SEPA, SNH, HES.

On Thursday 23rd May 2018, the conference will look at opportunities for enhancing Scottish EIA practice, both now and in the future, by exploring how sharing innovation and experience can drive more effective assessments.

The conference will involve up to 120 delegates freely attending and debating Scottish EIA practice, with speakers drawn from Government, consultancy, Local Authorities and the Consultation bodies, plus an opportunity to explore EIA case law with Brodies. As with previous conferences, the event will feature plenary sessions and breakout workshops enabling opportunities for broad discussion and more focussed debate and learning.

The 2019 conference has been made possible by the kind and generous sponsorship of:

Brodies LLP; Capita; LUC; PBA, now part of Stantec; and Royal Haskoning DHV
