Online Training: The 5 Project Management Challenges

A Workshop for new and experienced Project Managers that goes beyond process to leadership

This 3-hour interactive online workshop is intended as a follow up to our Practical Project Management workshop. As such it assumes that those attending will have a good understanding of the project management process and practice and may well have attended previous training on this.

The focus is on the Project Managers Leadership and the challenges they may face. As well as providing practical advice and guidance to overcome the 5 Project Management Challenges it is an opportunity to network and share solutions with colleagues from other organisations.

As we emerge from COVID restrictions organizational change and therefore projects will be to the fore as will a need for emotional intelligence in the way they are led.
