Public service reform means a greater demand for services, organisations and partnerships to transform what they do and the way they do it. The change needed is complex and multifaceted with a necessary focus on collaboration beyond traditional boundaries. One of the ways to ensure this change is sustained and effective is by supporting it with skilled facilitation.
However, we can sometimes experience facilitation fatigue or just need a different approach or technique to bring a sense of energy and diversity to our facilitation practice.
Methods using theatre techniques and play offer a different way of understanding complexity: perhaps a more embodied and visual way. This day is being co-designed with those who are using theatre and play techniques in their facilitation practice and happy to share their knowledge and skills.
