In association with the Children’s Services Development Group (CSDG), LGiU is coordinating a Commissioning Task force that will seek to tackle some of the key challenges to commissioning fostering, residential care, and special educational needs services.
The workshop is part of a wider project that aims to devise practical approaches to some key challenges in commissioning. It will address three broad themes (Strategic Commissioning; Outcomes Frameworks; and Risk Management) and seek to learn from innovative practices across the country.
