Together (Scottish Alliance for Children’s Rights) is holding a conference on children’s human rights to explore recent developments and future opportunities in Scotland.
This event will explore Scottish Government’s proposals for a Children’s Rights Action Plan. including a Participation Framework, Rights Awareness Programme, UNCRC Audit and evaluation of Child Rights Impact Assessments (more details here). It will also look at the Programme for Government commitment to incorporate the principles of the UNCRC (more details here).
Whilst the event is open to all, priority will be given to members of Together (more details on becoming a member here).
