Ask the Expert: Schools White Paper

Bookmark

Virtual event with education & children’s services expert, John Fowler

This event took place on Friday, 1 April. For guidance and notes on our members’ questions, take a look at our in-depth write up.

Following the release of the first Schools White Paper in six years, Opportunity for All, LGIU members are invited to attend our upcoming Ask the Expert session to learn how the White Paper will affect local government and put your questions to our experts.

You will be able to hear from John Fowler (LGIU Policy Manager) who will provide an overview of the proposals outlined in the White Paper and run through what it means for local government. LGIU’s Chief Executive, Jonathan Carr-West, will chair the discussion which will provide plenty of opportunity for questions and answers from our members.

This members-only event is free of charge and took place over Zoom.
