Embedding ‘partnership’ in planning governance

This briefing, originally presented at the Planning Institute of Australia’s NSW Conference 2024, argues for remodelling planning governance by embedding the concept of ‘partnership’ to address current and future challenges. It highlights the successful ‘Planning Partnership’ in Western Sydney as a case study of effective collaborative governance.
