The social and economic impact of the Rotherham Social Prescribing Pilot



The Social and Economic Impact of the Rotherham Social Prescribing Pilot is part of a wider GP-led Integrated Case Management Pilot. It finds that Social Prescribing reduces use of hospital resources by patients with long-term chronic conditions by one fifth provides a model for future micro-commissioning of community level services across a wide range of public service areas.
