The UK Government for England is due to publish a Green Paper in June 2021 following a review of arrangements to provide support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) introduced by the Children and families Act 2014. The Education Policy Institute (EPI) has published a report assessing how fairly Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are identified in primary schools in England.
