Summary
The NHS Future Forum was asked by the government to continue its listening exercise to seek people’s views on the role of the NHS in public health, integrated care, information, and education and training. The Forum has produced a series of recommendations on these topics, which the government has accepted. This briefing summarises the main recommendations, with particular reference to those that impact on local government.
