IFS Report: Living standards, poverty and inequality in the UK: 2017-18 to 2021-22

Summary

The IFS projects medium income growth over the next few years, but the falls in inequality seen since the recession could be reversed. The projections are subject to a number of uncertainties but are nevertheless a useful guide for assessing any further tax or benefit changes announced in the Budget.
