The housing briefing this month could more properly be described as a personal blog that looks at the state of housing policy in Ireland in the run-up to the general election. With the housing crisis showing little sign of easing and given the importance of the issue to the public, we can expect all the political parties to present measures to solve the housing crisis. But what should a future housing model look like that meets the needs of a small open economy on the periphery of Europe with a dynamic (but also vulnerable) economy and a rapidly growing population?
