Does the welfare system discriminate unfairly against disabled people?



The 2010 welfare reforms were the largest change to the benefit system since the Beveridge Report. Eight years on the system is still work in progress, with concerns around whether it is delivering against its objectives. This briefing considers the impact of the reforms on disabled people.
