Cycle BOOM: Can cycling help older people maintain their health and wellbeing?



Only one per cent of journeys made by older people in the UK are by bike, even though more than a quarter aged between 60 and 69 own a bicycle. Cycle BOOM investigated the barriers and potential for using cycling to enable better health and wellbeing for older people.
