Kim Fellows is part of the LGIU commissioning team producing briefings, case studies and blogs on local government both in Scotland and internationally.
Kim holds a double first in biochemistry and pharmacology and Masters in biochemistry. She is a business professional with over forty years senior working experience in both the private and public sectors. Specialising in marketing and communication services, Kim is also a qualified, experienced coach and mentor. Latterly working in Scottish government as senior civil servant with responsibility for policy issues including health inequalities and sustainable development she is interested in all aspects of government – local, national and international.
