Dr Andrew Walker

Head of Research

Andrew leads LGIU’s work on devolution, housing, homelessness and local economic growth.

As part of a collaboration between LGIU and Queen Mary, University of London, Andrew is also writing up a PhD thesis on governance and power following devolution in the Greater Manchester City-Region.

He studied politics at the University of Leeds and has an MA in the History of Political Thought from Queen Mary, University of London. Contact Andrew: andrew.walker@lgiu.org
