LGIU Scotland is a policy information service dedicated to local government across Scotland. We work to inform our members by providing practical, up-to-the-minute intelligence on policy issues. Our services help public servants make policy, support residents and work more effectively with colleagues.
Our members include councils, charities, central government and public sector partners. All share a commitment to providing the best possible local government services for citizens.
Nearly 5,000 people across Scotland receive our email bulletins every day – including MSPs, MPs, Conveners, CEOs, NGOs. Over 20 organisations, including local authorities, chambers of commerce, charities and public bodies have chosen to support us by becoming members and they help steer our priorities.
